Orea Eleni (Beautiful Helen or Helen of Troy)- The Myth

Orea Eleni is the Greek name for Beautiful Helen, or Helen of Troy. Helen, who according to the myth, was Zeus’ daughter, was one of the most beautiful women in History. She was the only woman that managed to unite the Greeks and she was also the main inspiration for one of the most important poems of human kind, The Iliad by Homer.

Tasting notes

Dry white wine, full-bodied, aged in oak barrels and on fine lees for 6 months. The combination of its’ high acidity, fruity character and mild creamier texture makes this wine a very interesting choice.

Flavor-wise, we can find notes of citrus, peach and even tropical fruit, with a slight sense of brioche and butter. Also, there is a hint of honey and vanilla due to the barrel aging.

Why choose it and how to enjoy it!
